An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Senior Systems Administrator Governance to join the College of Science & Engineering (CoSE) on a permanent basis.
In this role, the successful candidate will ensure that the College has a robust IT Governance framework and is compliant with University IT policies, regulatory requirements and Industry standards across the College of Science and Engineering (CoSE). The postholder will require a blend of strong technical and organisational skills to establish to develop/maintain the systems necessary to provide a secure governance platform.
Collaborating closely with other areas within CoSE IT as well as other services within the University (Finance, Procurement, Central IT), they will establish and maintain governance practices for procurement management, contracts, and licenses. They optimise maintenance contracts and develop a reporting model for financial performance of the IT budgets across the Schools in conjunction with the budget holder and finance team.
This post is full time (35 hours per week) and offered on an open ended basis. Relocation assistance will be provided where appropriate.
