Part-Time Fixed-Term - 21 hours a week until 30/09/2030
The Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences is seeking a Senior Administrator to join the Faculty Operating Service (FOS). Based in the School of Electronics and Computer Science (ECS), you will make an important contribution supporting the Centre for Flexible Electronics E-Textiles (C-FLEET), the E-Textiles Network, E-Textiles Conference series, & the Team-NANO project.
The successful candidate will deliver professional and efficient services including maintaining the websites & database, organising meetings and events, taking minutes at meetings, providing financial administration, and responding to enquiries from the Network community.
We are seeking applicants with experience in similar roles, who are motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive team players, who are culturally sensitive and able to work effectively in a flexible & collaborative environment.
