Oxford Saïd Business School is a world-renowned institution dedicated to developing leaders who make a global impact. Our Executive Education division plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality programmes that empower professionals to reach their full potential. As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are seeking a committed and results-driven Programme Consultant to join our Sales and Customer Relations Team.

The Programme Consultant is the first point of contact for executives exploring our Executive Education Open Programmes. This role is crucial in driving engagement, fostering relationships with prospective participants and ensuring revenue growth exceeding £1m per year. You will work closely with individual professionals, understanding their development needs and advising them on the most suitable learning journey.

 Key responsibilities:

  • Guide applicants through the sales cycle, from enquiry to programme application and enrolment.
  • Conduct interviews post-application, assessing suitability and making recommendations.
  • Maintain an accurate prospect database using Salesforce, prioritising leads for follow-up.
  • Support participant engagement post-programme to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Organise and attend promotional events, ensuring meaningful engagement with potential participants.

You will have a strong sales background with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets, particularly in customer-facing roles involving executive engagement and relationship management. You should be adept at enhancing customer service systems and demonstrate excellent communication skills, with confidence in engaging senior executives. Strong teamwork, initiative, problem-solving abilities and cross-cultural awareness are essential, along with proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

You must have the Right to Work within the UK as this position may not amount to enough points under the points-based immigration system in the UK.
