The Royal Agricultural University “RAU” has been at the forefront of agricultural education for over 175 years and is globally renowned for its links with industry and courses that are designed to meet the demands of the changing land-based sector.
The University is pursuing an ambitious strategy to improve quality, standards and the student experience. To deliver these goals we are growing our Academic Quality team in the Academic Services Department, and are seeking to recruit an additional Academic Quality Officer.
In this role you will support the activity of the Academic Quality team, working with programme teams and senior stakeholders to ensure that there are rigorous and effective processes in place to assure the quality and standards of our degrees. Reporting to the Academic Quality Manager, the post-holder will work with other Academic Quality Officers in the team to provide an efficient service to members of the academic staff and external examiners.
As an Academic Quality Officer, you will have considerable experience in higher education administration including experience of quality assurance processes. You will have excellent written communication skills, experience analysing data, and be capable of managing complex records.
