Lecturer in Business Management (1.5 FTE)

We are now seeking to appoint a Lecturer (Education track) to fill a 1fte vacancy into our Department of Strategy, Leadership and Operations. You will take an active lead role in teaching on a range of our programmes in the Business School which have been refocussed and build on our practice leading education agenda as we move forward with our AACSB accreditation journey. You will engage in a range of teaching and leadership activities commensurate with the substantive academic position held.

The ideal candidate will have a record or interest in operations management or aligned analytics with the flexibility to teach across the department when required. In line with our vision to transform the lives of individual students and the futures of the communities in which we are embedded, we are looking for a candidate who excels in delivering high-quality, inclusive, and practice-led teaching.

You will play a key role in shaping our students’ futures by delivering innovative and impactful teaching, fostering an engaging learning environment, and supporting student success at all levels of study. Your teaching will integrate real-world insights and address contemporary challenges, preparing students to become self-confident, employable, and responsible global citizens.
