Head of Wellbeing Disability and Inclusion

Hours: Full Time (expected to work flexibly to meet the demands of the job. May include evening and weekend work)

University of Bolton, Manchester (UoBM) is an ambitious, teaching focussed provider of undergraduate and postgraduate education, primarily aimed at a widening participation audience.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced wellbeing manager to undertake the operational management of our Wellbeing, Disability and Inclusion Team. As the Head of Wellbeing, Disability and Inclusion you will be reporting to the Academic Registrar to support the strategic vision for the team and contribute to the institution’s wider goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will have significant previous clinical experience but will be looking to further develop their management career. Therefore, the successful candidate should have a degree or equivalent and be professionally trained and registered with an appropriate professional body in their field of specialism. They should also have experience of managing teams, preferably in Higher Education.
