About the role

Come and join Cambridge Online Education as we move from start-up to scale up, supporting organisations and individuals to transform their workforce and careers for the future. • By gathering, interpreting, and analysing market research data and customer feedback, you will make strategic recommendations that will inform product development and sales strategy to ensure that our courses meet learner and industry needs and reach the right users.
  • You will conduct desk research and primary research with potential customers to identify and analyse the learning needs and skills gaps of our customers.
  • You will perform data analysis to size and segment target markets for our products.
  • By conducting market testing throughout the product development process with potential learners, you will help to ensure that our digital products meet customer teaching and learning needs and create recommendations based on customer feedback to ensure product-market fit.
  • You will design creative market testing approaches to collect feedback from learners and industry partners on digital teaching and learning needs through surveys and live events, such as interviews and focus groups.

About you

  • You are skilled in qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis, with an ability to synthesize, and communicate about, a large body of research.
  • You have experience with in-person and online facilitation and presentation.
  • You have excellent organization, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Your strong prioritization and time management skills allow you to manage multiple projects at once.
  • You enjoy collaborating with a team.
  • You are skilled at research, with the ability to interpret results and translate these results into reports and presentations for decision makers.
  • As a self-starter, you can work independently, but you welcome feedback, guidance, and direction as needed.
  • You are open to exploring new and innovative ways of engaging customers throughout the product development process.
