About The Role
We have 2 positions available, both Fixed Term for a year working full-time.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in helping to develop the brand further and create campaign assets, product visuals, and marketing materials across web, print, and social media to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and collaboration across multiple channels.
Secure eResearch Platform (SeRP) https://serp.ac.uk/ provides complete and customisable Trusted Research Environment solutions: safe, secure and controlled environments that are accredited to the highest international standards. SeRP innovates and delivers software to solve the hardest and most complex technology challenges facing research with complex data. SeRP allows researchers and data custodians to leverage data to drive valuable insights.
Based in the Data Science building in the Medical School the role will primarily serve the SeRP team, but also interact with a wide range of groups from SeRP Tenants such as the SAIL Databank https://saildatabank.com/ to major UK ‘Big Data’ centres such as Health Data Research UK and Administrative Data Research Wales.
The role will assist the SeRP team to deliver marketing activity across a range of channels, products and audiences aligned to SeRP’s strategic goals and values in the following service areas – Web, Creative Production, Campaigns, Brand, Content and Product Support.
This role will require excellent organisational and project management skills and the post holder needs to be a creative thinker with a track record of delivering design, assets and artwork for a wide range of both internal and external audiences and channels.

Welsh Language Skills
The Welsh language level required for this role is Level 1 - A little. The role holder will be able to pronounce Welsh words, answer the phone in Welsh (good morning/afternoon) and use very basic everyday words and phrases (thank you, please etc.). Level 1 can be reached by completing a 1 hour course.
