The role
We are seeking a Senior Research Associate to support the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Dementia Capacity Building Programme (DEM-COMM). This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in developing grant applications and undertaking systematic reviews. The post holder will work with three post-doctoral DEM-COMM Fellows based at NIHR Applied Research Collaboration (ARC) West.
The role will involve conducting patient and public involvement and engagement (PPIE) activities, undertaking literature reviews, and potentially collecting pilot research data. This will contribute to a competitive grant application that we intend to submit to extend the success of the dementia programme. The post-holder may also have the opportunity to contribute to other applied dementia research studies.
