Are you an experienced project management professional who enjoys working collaboratively? We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Project Manager to support the Project Delivery team at the AMRC. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for managing projects in a Research or Commercial environment.
The Ideal Candidate will have worked or is working in a project management professional role. This person ideally holds a qualification in a project management methodology, which could be Agile, Hybrid or Waterfall. We would consider experience or qualifications and would welcome to hear from you if you feel you have either or both of these.
The AMRC is a corporate member of the Association for Project Management (https://www.apm.org.uk/) and as such we support Project Management professionals in the professional memberships and professional qualifications. The department
The AMRC comprises multiple technology groups who deliver and work on cutting edge technologies. The Project Delivery team has the honour of working on projects and programmes that span multiple technologies and groups. Often these are high value and complex projects to work on. This allows us some of the large impact programmes we work on. An exciting opportunity for the right candidate.
This role and function is challenging, but very rewarding. As such the AMRC is committed to supporting and mentoring their staff in their experience and development. The project delivery function has a very supportive matrix to allow structured progression, and this could be you.
