Wolfson College Cambridge wishes to appoint a new Senior Tutor to start in September 2025.
Wolfson College is a vibrant international community consisting of 420 full-time graduate students, 300 part-time graduate students, 170 mature undergraduates and 120 Governing Body Fellows including 30 Junior Research Fellows. The College is set in fine gardens and has accommodation for 450 residents.
The Senior Tutor is a key member of the senior management team and is not only responsible for the education and welfare of the student body, but also plays a leading role in setting the College’s strategy, in particular working closely with the President, Bursar and Development Director. The Senior Tutor leads a team which includes the Deputy Senior Tutor (Welfare and Wellbeing), the Tutorial Office Manager, the College Librarian, the Director of Admissions, Directors of Studies and two College Assistant Professors.
The role can be structured as full-time (100%) or part-time (minimum 80%). The salary will be at point 68 on the University of Cambridge pay scale (currently £80,692 FTE)
