International Student Support Team Leader

As International Student Support Team Leader you will work with the team to enhance and facilitate the international student experience.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Provide day to day supervision support to the International Student Support Team
• Develop and lead on the delivery of our international pre-arrival and welcome/induction programme
• Take the lead on more complex enquiries, developing and enhancing international student support
• Be proactive in transforming and enhancing international student experience
• Lead on the provision of financial support for international students seeking assistance
• Develop new means of gathering and analysing feedback to identify trends and challenges faced by students
• Ensure the service is student-focussed and responsive to the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
• Fulfil the role of Designated Safeguarding Champion, for which full training will be provided.

It is envisaged an assessment day will take place the week commencing the 3^rd March 2025 with interviews the week commencing the 10^th March 2025.
