The role
In this role you'll support a series of projects and initiatives to promote the University and to contribute to the student recruitment goals of the team. You'll play a key role in how we use current students in our recruitment work and will take a lead on event planning for in-person visits and virtual events.
You'll also work with others in the team on a wide range of student recruitment activity and digital marketing, providing project support and administration.
The International Student Recruitment team
Our friendly and motivated team deliver a wide variety of student recruitment events and initiatives, meeting prospective applicants, their parents and guidance counsellors in order to encourage applications to Cambridge. We engage key stakeholders and manage a range of relationships.
We're part of a wider Student Recruitment and Marketing team and there will be opportunities to engage fully with the work of the team, contributing to cross-team projects.
Our ideal candidate
You will have experience of project support and administration or event planning, ideally within an educational setting. You should be able to manage your own workload and work independently whilst contributing to wider efforts as part of team. You'll have excellent communication and organisational skills. You'll be culturally aware and have an understanding of the issues affecting international students.
