About the Role:
The library provides a modern, comprehensive service in support of teaching, learning and research, blending the provision of traditional services with a flexible and innovative approach to service delivery.
With two A Levels or equivalent, you will join our Cambridge team answering first line enquiries which include basic IT enquiries. You will be timetabled for frontline enquiry work and customer support which is provided in person, by telephone, and online via email or chat. You’ll participate in a range of other tasks relating to the circulation of our stock and management of our spaces, as well as other duties and projects.

The post holder will have the option to choose to work either 9.00-13.00 or 10.00-14.00 Monday-Friday. There may be occasional Saturday or evening work to cover Open Days and other events.
