CPRD Programme Delivery Manager

We are currently looking for a Programme Delivery Manager to join our Clinical Practice Research Datalink team in the Safety and Surveillance group.

Within a week of working here, your day could look like this: providing programme and delivery management.  Managing and engaging with external suppliers.

The successful candidate will have a degree in either a computer science, an information technology-based subject, or significant experience managing the delivery of multiple parallel systems, products, or services.  Have experience in optimising the delivery flow of teams, actively addressing the most complicated risks, issues and dependencies including where ownership exists outside the team or no clear ownership exists.

• Have demonstrable experience in coaching and leading teams in Agile and Lean practices, recognised as an expert that advocates these approaches, continuously reflecting and challenging the team.
• Have a demonstrable record of being able to solve and unblock issues between teams or departments at the highest level, understanding the psychology of the team and can give examples of having strong mediation skills.
• Be able to communicate with others in a clear, honest, and enthusiastic way to build trust and explain complex issues in a way that is easy to understand.
