Research Operations Manager

Applications are invited for a temporary post of a Research Operations Manager within UCD School of Mathematics and Statistics.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager to drive and support a new ground breaking partnership between Met Éireann and UCD. The five-year €5million partnership will support the creation of a PhD cohort-training programme and the establishment of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Weather and Climate Research Centre. The successful candidate will be expected to work alongside the new Full Professor of Data Science for Climate and Weather to build up the Research Centre and ensure its continued success.

Fixed Salary: €75,000 - €85,000 per annum, pro-rata (when applicable).

Appointment on the above range will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.
