Team Leader (Cleaning Services)

Part time role (24 hours per week)

This role will be based on the university campus. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

We are looking for a highly motivated and committed individual to join us as Operations Team leader in cleaning services. You will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning operatives within a designated area across the main campus. Your main focus will be to provide an efficient and effective cleaning service, to the highest of standards, ensuring a positive and enjoyable campus experience for all of our students, staff and visitors.

You will have significant experience of supervising staff and delivering a high standard of customer service. A flexible approach is important as you may be required to work on weekends, bank holidays, University closed days, and cover University open days. You will also be part of a large and diverse Facilities Directorate team who are both extremely supportive and fully engaged with providing the best possible service.
