The Finance Division aims to provide ethical and effective management of the School's financial resources, and to ensure high-quality finance services for our internal and external customers that are necessary to achieve world-class teaching and research
The Accounts Payable team is responsible for the end-to-end process of paying School suppliers punctually and efficiently, meeting time and quality targets.
The School has a complex Accounts Payable environment, with a large proportion of foreign and exotic currency payments, subsidiary companies, one-off suppliers and other anomalies (such as student payments). The team process over 2,000 documents per week. The post holders are required to rotate between the full range of AP tasks periodically and as required, ensuring continuity of service and adequate distribution of knowledge.
