About us:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR operations team at King’s College London. We are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated fixed term HR Operations Advisor to cover maternity absence. Working in a proactive and advisory space, supporting manager and our staff with their employment and contractual changes.
About the role:
You will have the opportunity to utilise your stakeholder management skills and spend time building relationships and working with managers to help support contractual changes and employment processes such as manager requests, family friendly policies and sickness.
The successful applicant will use their HR and employment knowledge to advice managers and employees to ensure successful implementation of contractual changes.
This is a full time post (35 hours per week), and you will be offered a fixed term contract until for a period of up to one year or until the return of the substantive post holder.
