This is a chance to work in a diverse exciting campus with a vast array of buildings and structures.

The role will have the chance to project costs, define and deliver works vital to the ongoing management of the built estate. And working closely with a professional team to decide how best to maintain, repair and improve our beautiful campus. 

You will work hand in hand with other teams keeping the campus fit for the next generation of lawyers, doctors, engineers etc as well as supporting world leading research.

Project delivery is a growing activity within the Estates Maintenance Team and increasing in scope year by year. This role will give the opportunity to have an influence on the development of the team and make a real difference within the Estates Department. With 100’s millions of pounds worth of investment committed in the coming years, this is an exciting time to join the team and be part of the future.

About You  

• You will have experience in all aspects of project management with a bias towards cost management and defining specifications.
• You will have delivered a portfolio of construction projects
• You will have experience of working with the JCT suite of construction contracts.
