The University of Aberdeen is seeking applications for a full time Teaching Fellow in Anthropology, a lively and collegiate department with a strong emphasis on both teaching and research. This is a fixed term post available until June 2025.
The successful candidate should have completed, or be near completion of, their PhD in a relevant discipline and possess teaching experience in Anthropology.
They should have experience of undertaking tutorials and lecturing at various levels of undergraduate study. They should be self-motivated, flexible and have an ability to engage the interest and enthusiasm of students, inspiring them to learn. There should be a clear demonstration of an academic career trajectory, and a willingness to make a full contribution to the School’s administrative activities.
Salary will be at the spinal point 30 on Grade 6, £37,999. As this post is externally funded it is available for until June 2025.
