Module Convenor for Undergraduate Laws

Undergraduate Laws is recruiting a part-time Module Convenor in the following areas of Law: Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Public international law. As Module Convenor, you will be expected to provide academic leadership and development of the academic content for your module as well as being responsible for student assessment. You will be expected to work remotely with occasional in-person attendance at meetings. There is no face-to-face teaching although there are occasional live online sessions. For the over 15,000 students studying with Undergraduate Laws, our high quality learning materials and our commitment to providing a high quality learning experience is essential to their success as they balance the demands of work, home and study. To be effective in this role, ideally you will have a degree in Law and experience of teaching Law in a Higher or Further education institution. Experience of distance learning programmes would be a distinct advantage.

This post will be offered for 11 months in the first instance. Remuneration for this post consists of a basic payment of £9,000. Additional payments are made in respect of examination work but are variable depending upon the volume of students and number of examination scripts marked.
