Permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week) 

Are you a visionary brand leader ready to make a transformative impact at a globally renowned institution? Saïd Business School is seeking a Head of Brand to lead and elevate our brand strategy, ensuring our identity resonates powerfully with students, executive clients, stakeholders and colleagues. 

As the Head of Brand, you will champion our newly developed brand positioning strategy, ensuring it is experienced consistently across all touchpoints. You will act as the lead brand guardian, setting the strategic direction for innovative and engaging brand experiences. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, team leadership and oversight of both internal design capabilities and external agency partnerships. You will also manage the brand budget and play a pivotal role in shaping our global reputation. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Embed the new brand positioning strategy across the School, informed by data and insights.
  • Lead the development and enforcement of brand guidelines to ensure consistency and innovation.
  • Deliver strategic brand initiatives, including major campaigns such as the Global Leadership Centre launch.
  • Work closely with marketing, digital, media and PR teams to ensure consistent brand execution.
  • Lead the internal Design team and manage relationships with agencies and suppliers.

You will have significant expertise in brand strategy, visual identity and marketing management, with a proven ability to develop purpose-driven brands that foster strong emotional connections. You should also demonstrate experience managing design teams, agencies and suppliers across various disciplines and channels, coupled with a strong track record of delivering impactful brand initiatives.
