Wellbeing and Inclusion Manager

Reporting to the Assistant Director for Employee Experience, this is a newly created post that will develop, manage, and implement Inclusion and Wellbeing initiatives at HRUC. You would work with the Assistance Director, you would collaborate with stakeholders and staff to drive an inclusive, supportive, and high performing culture. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive Wellbeing and Inclusion strategy in line with HRUC’s goals and objectives
  • Being the subject matter expert and provide advice and guidance on inclusion and wellbeing matters and use data to influence and develop strategies to drive and achieve inclusion goals
  • Driving the annual inclusion and wellbeing calendar of engaging events
  • Creating regular wellbeing and inclusion reports; analysing and tracking metrics to measure the effectiveness of the programs and initiatives
  • Working with members of the People and OD team to understand and address workforce development needs  

We are seeking to appoint an inspiring and innovative individual who can demonstrate the following:

  • Professional qualification in EDI, wellbeing, mental or occupational health (e.g. CIPD qualification at Level 5)
  • Experience in an EDI or wellbeing-focused role, influencing and shaping the agenda
  • Track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programmes
  • Ability to supervise the work of others and delegate effectively
  • Project management experience in EDI and wellbeing initiatives
  • Ability to be the subject matter expert for Wellbeing and Inclusion, providing guidance to the people and OD team and internal stakeholders
