Are you passionate about supporting student success and enhancing the student experience? The School of Arts, Media and Creative Technology is seeking a dedicated Student Progression Administrator to join our dynamic team on an 8 month fixed term contract.
As part of a forward-thinking school renowned for practice-based education in the creative disciplines, you will play a pivotal role in supporting student retention and progression. Collaborating with academic and professional service teams, you will provide expert guidance on university policies and procedures, offering tailored support to students facing academic or personal challenges.
Working closely with central services such as Counselling and Wellbeing, you’ll ensure that students access the resources they need to thrive. With an emphasis on proactive engagement, this is an exciting opportunity to innovate and shape the student experience across disciplines including Art and Design, Film and Broadcast Media, and Performance.
You’ll be based primarily in the New Adelphi Building, a hub for creativity and innovation, and on occasion MediaCityUK, a world-class media facility.
