Company Description
This is an exciting time to join an organisation with an essential role in the UK’s tertiary education sector.
We are a world-leading quality agency with unmatched experience of providing impartial regulatory and collaborative quality assurance and enhancement. We support universities and colleges in working with students and learners, governments, funders and regulatory bodies to evidence and enhance the excellent quality and high standards of the education they provide.
We work towards a greater public understanding - domestically and internationally - of how excellent quality is demonstrated in UK higher education, and how autonomous providers both assure its delivery and address weaknesses. Our work safeguards the value of qualifications for students and learners, and protects and promotes the reputation of higher education.
Position
About the role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to develop and deliver a marketing and communications plan for the Quality Assurance Agency. That plan will encompass internal and external communications across a broad range of communications channels (social media, websites, podcasts, virtual and real-life events). You will manage the production and commissioning of content, keeping everything on brand. You will report to the Head of Digital, Marketing and Communications and you and your team of five will be part of a newly-structured department delivering collaborative marketing excellence to colleagues across all departments.
Requirements
About you
We are looking for someone with a proven background in business-to-business marketing, who has demonstrated expertise in working with internal teams on content creation, brand management and campaign development, and experience managing and developing teams.
Proven experience in a similar role within a membership organisation or in the not-for-profit sector would be desirable, as well as experience of using marketing, digital and analytics tools.
If you are interested in creating and overseeing the production of high quality, relevant and consistent content that supports our overarching marketing and communications strategy, we want to hear from you.
