The Faculty of Health Sciences Faculty Services team has a vacancy for a School Curriculum Administrator to join them on a fixed term basis until the end of July 2025. The successful applicant would be joining a friendly and supportive team in Faculty Services and will support the administration of processes related to the development of the Faculty's academic portfolio of programmes and modules, compliance with professional and regulatory body requirements, and implementation of University codes of practices, policies and procedures.
Reporting to a Faculty Curriculum Manager, the post holder will administer activity in relation to module evaluation (MEQs), the continual monitoring of modules and programmes (CMEE), External Examiners, academic misconduct, fitness to practice and other assurance processes required by the University and/or accrediting bodies. The post holder will work closely with academic staff providing support as required.
The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of working in an office environment covering a range of administrative tasks. The ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally, work effectively as part of a team, have a high level of attention to detail and work in a highly organised manner are all essential.
The postholder will benefit from the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis with up to 40% of their time working from home and a minimum of 60% worked on campus. Enquiries should be directed to Amy Cowling, Head of Strategy and Planning, (a.cowling@hull.ac.uk).
