The Opportunity
In this role you will manage high-profile student caseloads, ensuring their needs are assessed, planned for, and met effectively. The Senior SEND Case Worker will liaise with students, families, staff, and external professionals to promote inclusive practices, ensuring that all legal frameworks are met to secure, and assist SEND students to achieve their academic and personal potential.

About you
To excel in this role, you’ll have great experience of working in legal practice with students with EHC plans and have expertise knowledge of how to meet SEND legal framework in a general FE college. You will work great in a team to achieve excellent outcomes for our students whilst being able to work to tight deadlines and understand the frameworks, regulations and requirements of the sector and how these relate to the role.
