Through its research and education, the School seeks to promote social justice, sustainability and good governance in the management of private, public and voluntary organisations.

About the Role

As Dean, you will be the School's senior academic officer, responsible for shaping and delivering its vision through strategic, academic and operational leadership. You will drive innovation, cultivate a supportive research and educational environment, foster collaboration, deepen international partnerships, and ensure that the School remains at the forefront of global business and management education.

Your vision, strategic insight, and leadership capabilities will enable you to drive the School’s continued success, positioning it to address contemporary business challenges. A clear commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the ability to inspire others to contribute to a positive organisational culture will be essential in this post.
