Role Overview
As a Business Change Manager, you will ensure that the impact of change initiatives across the collegiate University is understood by all stakeholders. You will support staff and students in adopting new ways of working by identifying, embedding, and sustaining changes to business processes, job roles, organisational structures, systems, and technology.

About the role
Business Change Managers report to the Head of Business Change within the Programme and Projects Delivery Group (PPDG) of IT Services. PPDG delivers IT projects that bring significant business benefits through enhanced technology and improved processes.
Over time, the role holder may be assigned to a range of initiatives across our digital portfolios. However, in the first instance, it is envisioned that they will primarily focus on one or more initiatives in the Technology Portfolio, which includes modernising technologies and delivering wide-reaching initiatives like Identity, Data and Information Security programmes.
Effective business change management is crucial to building stakeholder engagement, ensuring coherent and positive change processes, and avoiding disruption.
