Fixed-term (one year), full time (37.5 hours per week)

Are you a highly organised and motivated professional with a passion for delivering exceptional programme experiences? Saïd Business School is seeking a talented Programme Manager to join our Client Engagement & Delivery team.

As a Programme Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of our Executive Education programmes. You will mentor and support Programme Coordinators, manage complex programme logistics, and oversee the end-to-end planning and delivery of new and existing programmes. Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, participants, faculty and external suppliers, you will ensure excellence in every aspect of programme management.

 Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the operational planning, preparation and delivery of programmes, ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets and stakeholder communications for your portfolio of programmes.
  • Coordinate logistics such as accommodation, transportation, catering and virtual learning platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, participants and key stakeholders, ensuring their objectives are met.
  • Mentor and train team members, conducting performance reviews and supporting their professional development.

You will have proven experience in programme management, successfully coordinating Executive Education programmes from inception to delivery, alongside strong administrative, organisational and project management skills. You will also exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of engaging with senior corporate contacts, stakeholders and academic professionals alike.

You must have the Right to Work within the UK as this position may not amount to enough points under the points-based immigration system in the UK.
