This is a great opportunity for a Research Culture Officer to join the University’s Research & Innovation Services.
In this role you will provide comprehensive project management, communications and data support across the Research Culture and Development (RC&RD) portfolio and the Governance, Policy & Integrity (GPI) portfolio and wider Research Services team.
You will support the UofG role as a HEI pilot participant in the REF People, Culture and Environment (PCE) pilot project. Including:
The preparation and submission of a) the UofG Institutional pilot submission and b) the five Units of Assessments pilot submissions.
Reviewing and reporting on the Institutional and UoA level experience and learnings from being participants of the REF People, Culture and Environment (PCE) pilot project.
This post will play a key role in a cross-functional team to administer and support the development of research strategic initiatives, including providing information about the University’s research performance. Undertaking analyses and problem solving to inform decision making in research culture and research enhancement – strengthening the University’s research environment.
