The Reward Team is currently made up of three Reward Advisers and one Reward Coordinator. The Reward Adviser works closely with the team and the Head of Reward to support the development of a reward schemes and associated remuneration policies.
The Role:
As one of the Reward Advisers at Cambridge, the role holder will support the development of schemes aligned to HR and University objectives to enable the University to recruit, attract and retain staff of the highest calibre at all levels. They will also develop and implement new and innovative financial and non-financial reward policies and review and recommend changes to existing University reward policies and practices. The role holder will have key service and strategic relationships with the School HR teams, HR Reporting team and others in the wider HR Division.
