This is a great opportunity for you to join the London Film School as an Outreach Manager. As we approach our 70th anniversary, this is an exciting time to join us. You will take responsibility for the development and implementation of our outreach strategy, which will deliver on our ambitions to provide opportunities for young people in local communities to develop filmmaking, life and communication skills.
Working with the Head of New Business, the successful candidate will also lead on the design and delivery of a programme of outreach projects, bringing dynamic and accessible filmmaking training and communication skills to new audiences. You will identify potential sources of financial support, by building relationships and networks with key partners and beneficiaries.
If you have experience delivering film or media, arts or creativity training to young people,
under-represented and/or disadvantaged groups, and are familiar with a range of funding and/or partnership opportunities relevant to film, or cultural and creative outreach work, in addition to excellent communication and organisational skills, we would love to hear from you.
For further details about the role please visit our website https://lfs.org.uk/who-we-are/jobs-at-lfs where you can download a copy of the job description and our equal opportunities monitoring form.
We offer a highly competitive staff benefits package including 30 days leave per annum (pro rata for part-time staff), employer matched contributory pension scheme (4%), season ticket and hardship loan schemes, up to 18 days professional development leave per academic year (pro rata for part-time staff), cycle to work scheme, Employee Assistance Programme and a suite of family-friendly policies.
