We are looking for someone to join our busy and ever-growing Student Information team to contribute to UCEM’s technical excellence through the scoping, development and testing of new systems and applications. You will assist with making sure processes are seamless, automated and efficient for all employees, with the opportunity to work on a wide variety of Tribal applications as well as integrations with third party software applications. Knowledge of SITS processes is required. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to UCEM’s services as an online provider of Higher Education, actively participating in the UCEM development process. 

Your accountabilities and responsibilities include: 

  • e:Vision configuration and content development
  • Developing and maintaining a full technical and functional appreciation of UCEM’s SITS:Vision system and its interfaces in relation to other information systems
  • Creating technical documentation to support all development undertaken, working closely with the Business and Test Analyst to ensure that all developments are thoroughly tested and signed off
  • Coordinating the testing and roll-out of system upgrades or updates for e:Vision and SITS 

Our main requirements: 

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Using the Tribal SITS:Vision Student Record System to manage student and applicant data
  • Experience in e:Vision development using the full suite of tools available
  • Documentation skills and the ability to deliver system documentation in a clear, concise format which is easy to follow and understand
