Commercial Operations
This full time, term time (40 wks per year) post is available on a permanent basis.
Summary of the role
This post will be operational across numerous locations within the Commercial Operations on Streatham and St Lukes campuses, we are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our Culinary Catering team within our busy kitchens.
Working 36.5hrs per wk for any 5 days out of 7 this role will require you to work during the day and some evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
Having qualifications in NVQ 2 in food preparation (or relevant experience), food safety and health and safety would be advantageous. You will have a flexible approach to working hours and practices, as well as having excellent communication skills. The role will include maintaining high standards of cleanliness within a busy environment.
Across the campuses we provide the following services: retail shops, retail catering, residential catering, licenced premises, hospitality, conferencing and events.
