The University of Reading is seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) professional to join its CRM and Data Insights team. This position is part of the Brand & Marketing Department, and operates within a broader team of Data and CRM specialists. The post holder will be required to collaborate closely with colleagues across the External Relations Directorate, which delivers activities and services in marketing, student recruitment and admissions, global engagement, brand building, fundraising and communications and engagement.

The CRM and Enquiry Management will be a key superuser of the University’s CRM System (Microsoft Dynamics), providing systems and data support to stakeholders at the University. The postholder will also act as a main point of contact for enquiries management and support within the CRM system, working with various teams to set business processes and reach service level agreements (SLAs).

You will have:

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of people
  • Experience of working with CRM system, database, enquiry management software, or similar
  • The ability to plan and prioritise own work activities based on organisation needs
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong IT and data manipulation skills
