We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our Hair and Beauty team based at the College’s Hayes Campus.
You would be responsible for providing an effective reception service and booking system for the College’s Hair and Beauty Salons, ensuring an excellent level of customer service. You would also identify and promote future sales opportunities to maximise the growth of the Salons. Duties will also involve monitoring income and expenditure, maintaining a client database and identifying marketing opportunities to increase awareness of the College’s Salons.
You will need to possess experience of working within a busy, customer focused environment and also have experience in a reception/front of house role. You will be a confident communicator who enjoys generating business and meeting targets and possess good organisational and administrative skills including strong numeracy skills and experience with Excel. An interest in Hair/Beauty and the ability to engage with young people aged 16-19 are also essential.
