UCC wishes to appoint an experienced academic to the role of Lecturer (Assistant Professor internationally) in Computer Science (AI-powered Augmented and Virtual Reality). Reporting to the Head of School, Professor Dirk Pesch, the appointee will complement and strengthen the Schools’ research and teaching interests in AI-powered Augmented and Virtual Reality and aligned to UCC Futures Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.

Appointment may be made on the Lectureship Salary Scale: Above the Bar €76,863- €99,543 (Scale B) / €73,130 - €94,564 (Scale A)

Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
