The Opportunity:
To contribute to the programme of world-leading research in the Simons Initiative for the Developing brain, bringing skills to complement those of the researchers to design and manufacture tools for use in research.
This post is full-time (35 hours per week); however, we are open to considering flexible working patterns.
The salary for this post is £40,247 to £47,874 per annum.
Your skills and attributes for success:
- Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics/ Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with system integration and testing procedures.
- Python programming skills with experience of embedded systems.
- CAD/CAM skills for mechanical and electronic design.
