Key Information
Salary: Appointments are normally made at the starting salary, however comparable skills and experience will be considered. Future progression is based on annual performance review.
Duration of Contract: Fixed Term for 24 months.
Hours per week: 35 hours per week (Full Time)
Location: Sutton/Chelsea. This role is eligible for hybrid working.

Job Details
As Research Funding Workstream Lead, you will bring leadership experience from the higher education sector and knowledge of the UK research funding environment. This will include a deep understanding of the research grant lifecycle, from pre-award application through to post-award management, coupled with positive experience of driving change management in the context of research systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) deployment projects.
Working collaboratively with the Finance, Research Services, HR, Digital Services and Stratus Programme teams, this role will ensure that all Research Management/Finance/HR-related processes are aligned with the ERP system’s requirements.
Key Requirements
The successful candidate must have a detailed understanding of pre and post award research grant management in the HE Sector. Strong project management and leadership experience will be highly desirable.
