Are you an experienced events professional looking for a new challenge? Come and join our growing research institute as a Senior Events Manager!
The Institute for Ethics in AI brings together world-leading philosophers and other experts in the humanities with the technical developers and users of AI in academia, business and government. The Senior Events Manger will be responsible for leading the planning and delivery of a high-quality events programme at the Institute for Ethics in AI. This post is fixed term up to 30 September 2029.
Working largely independently, you will bring significant professional experience of event and operations management to successfully project manage a range of events whilst working with and influencing senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for strategic input into event design and for the planning and project management of a wide range of events catering for a large variety of different audiences. You will line manage an Events Assistant within the Institute and work closely with a small professional services team, which includes the Institute’s Senior Communications and Liaison Officer.
