The Courtauld Institute of Art is the UK’s leading institution for teaching and research into the History of Art and the conservation of paintings, and is also home to one of the finest small art museums in the world. The Courtauld has launched its Strategy for 2024-2029 which includes a capital transformation project that will make The Courtauld’s world-class artworks, research and teaching accessible to more people – in the UK and internationally.
We have a new opportunity for an experienced HR practitioner to join us through an exciting period of change and will be instrumental in contributing towards our six strategic priorities.
As our new People Partner, you will bring a wealth of experience in retention and off-boarding practices. Partnering with all managers across the community in supporting the execution of our strategy for how we retain expertise and ensure a positive experience while working with us. You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Courtauld.
