This new full-time post is available from February 2025 on a fixed term basis until January 2026 to cover maternity leave.
This role will be based in Northcote House, Streatham 5 days per week, with some time spent covering the HR reception desk.
Summary of the role
As HR Immigration Administrator, reporting to the HR Immigration Manager, you will support various HR Teams with the day-to-day administration of systems and processes related to checking that all new starters and visa holders have the right to work in the UK. You will work closely with colleagues across Human Resources and with our Hiring Managers across the University.
Your main role will be to input candidate details into the online right to work checking portal, check processes are being followed and documentation is being uploaded, keeping records and monitoring progress of the checking procedures (including following up with recruitment team members and hiring managers). You will be based in Northcote House on Streatham campus and will man a reception desk to support in person right to work checks during busy times.
