Significant work has been done to place the institution on a strong financial footing, with our ongoing Strategic Transformation Programme creating a platform for enhanced academic excellence, agile size and shape review and further investment and innovation. This presents an exciting opportunity for an exceptional leader to shape the next stage of our development and realise the ambitions of our Strategy 2035.

Highly visible and a superb communicator they will inspire and galvanise our staff, students and partners to drive forward our mission to make the world a better and fairer place. Through a proven track record of engendering excellent outcomes they will define and develop our teaching and research strengths in bold and exciting ways; building our brand, reputation performance and profile to ensure our long term success and financial sustainability. Above all they will create a vibrant, inclusive and supportive institutional culture that enables all of our staff and students to flourish and thrive.
