The Learning Technology Manager at Imperial College Business School is pivotal to the integration of innovative learning technologies, including AI and VR, to transform digital education. Reporting to the Director of Learning Innovation, this role manages a team of Learning Technologists and drives the deployment of cutting-edge tools that enhance both online and on-campus learning. This role is vital in positioning the Business School as a global leader in education and advancing the IDEA Lab’s mission to become a leading EdTech hub.
What you would be doing:
As a Learning Technology Manager, you will manage a small team of Learning Technologists and oversee the use of learning technologies across the Business School. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration and continuous improvement of our Learning Management Systems (LMS) and providing expert guidance to academic teams. Collaborating with faculty, programme teams, and external stakeholders, you will support the delivery of high-quality educational technology experiences, both on-campus and online. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives, pilot emerging technologies such as AI and VR, and provide training to staff on effective digital teaching tools.
