The College of Science and Engineering is dedicated to providing a world-leading environment for students which is intellectually stimulating, encourages them to contribute to culture, society and the economy and enables them to become leaders in a global environment. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Student and Academic Services to join us in providing strategic leadership and direction to develop and enhance this provision.
About the role

Reporting to the College’s Director of Professional Services, the postholder will work with, and influence, senior colleagues from across the College and University to lead the College’s Student and Academic Services portfolio, including academic governance, compliance, quality assurance, internationalisation, student recruitment, and enhancement of the learning experience for all students.

The successful candidate will have the ability to effectively lead a team and build strong relationships, working constructively with all stakeholders. Using your strong influencing and negotiating skills, you’ll have the ability to encourage others to embrace new ideas and ways of working.
