You will be joining a forward-looking team committed to excellence and innovation in everything we do. Our team is relatively new and as we grow, we need a new key role who will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our business operations. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer you will work closely with senior leadership to implement and monitor our team business plan and initiatives.
This is a new role, and we are looking for a business officer who is excited by our transformation agenda with experience of working in organisations delivering digital, people/organisational or infrastructure transformation projects.
What you would be doing
You will ensure smooth day to day running of the Chief Transformation Officer and the SPC team by providing quality business management and executive support. The responsibilities are diverse and will shift depending on priorities and need. You will be required to build relationships across the professional and operational divisions and their executive assistants.
Your role will include leading the coordination and monitoring of operational plans including team business plan, team development plan and resource planning for programmes. Providing executive support to the Chief Transformation Officer, managing their calendar, travel and expenses and coordination of team leadership and management meetings as well as providing secretariat support for some governance meetings.
You will supervise the activity of the team administrative assistant allocating and prioritising their work and monitoring individual progress and performance in line with.
