Head of Admissions, Marketing and Events

Reports To: The Head

Position Overview:

We are seeking Head of Admissions, Marketing and Events to lead our efforts in attracting, enrolling, and retaining students and enhancing the school’s visibility and reputation with current and prospective families.

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions Leadership:

• Oversee the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective families.
• Analyse enrollment trends and demographics to inform recruitment strategies.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive admissions strategy to meet enrollment targets.

Marketing Strategy:

• Create and execute a marketing plan that effectively promotes the school to prospective parents.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed based on performance metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and community organisations to support recruitment efforts.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of admissions data and marketing effectiveness, generating reports for senior leadership.
• Utilise CRM systems and other technologies to streamline processes and enhance communication with prospective students.

Community Engagement:

• Represent the institution at community events, and other outreach activities. Develop partnerships with expat and other organisations to enhance recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

• Ideally 3+ years of experience in admissions and/or marketing within the education sector.
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and achieving enrollment goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analysis.
