CRM Officer
Hours of Work: Full-time

Salary: The starting salary will be from £26,038 up to £30,505 per annum in Grade 5, depending on qualifications and experience.
Do you enjoy delivering personalised communications and campaigns? Are you driven by data and analytics?
Reporting to the Senior CRM Officer, the role will support with planning, coordinating, implementing, and building personalised communications within the University’s Salesforce CRM system. Your role within the Marketing Communications team will be to plan and deliver compelling and targeted communications, including emails and direct mail. You’ll work with stakeholders across the University to create engaging and CMA-compliant content to support student recruitment and will help to provide regular reporting on this activity. The role will also be responsible for enquiry management across a range of channels.
The role is suited to someone with excellent communications skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. The ideal candidate will be an experienced CRM professional who can drive new ideas and initiatives. Experience of working in Higher Education and knowledge of issues relating to HE marketing is also highly desirable, as is experience of using Adobe Photoshop.
Hours of work will be 35 hours per week. This role will be located at Leeds Trinity University’s Main Campus in Horsforth, Leeds. Through our agile working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
